Bistro NORTH breathes new life into Thunder Bay's growing sophisticated palette. Head Chef Barry Prochnicki and wife Cynthia, grew up locally and have always had a love for food and culinary arts.
A graduate of the Chef Apprentice Program at Confederation College, Barry's goal was to open a restaurant that celebrates the food that he grew up with, presented with a contemporary flare.
Bistro NORTH features dishes such as pickerel chowder, lake trout, and prime rib which is featured on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
